Description

Comprising MDF pieces to construct the main shell of the house, self-adhesive slate tiles for the roof, one 3 piece door kit and three 3 piece sash window kits.  The front façade is approximately 109mm wide and 133mm high; to the ridge is approximately 151mm.

You will need a good quality solvent, adhesive, craft knife and a sanding block (240 grit) to construct the kit; plus a selection of paints. Instructions are included.

Laser-cut facades are available, with a choice of brick, stone or render finish.
