We provide a bespoke laser-cutting service.

As all of our laser-cut products are made here in our workshop, we can make changes to any of our standard items. If you need something in a different scale, the design to be tweaked in any way, or made from a different material, it can easily be done.

If there’s anything you need to be made from scratch, we’ll do our best to help.

We are not limited to railway parts; we offer our laser-cutting service to all individuals and also other businesses.

Our largest laser beds are 900 x 600mm. Depending on the material we can cut up to 6mm thick, but can engrave onto the surface of deeper items. Most commonly we laser-cut acrylic, wood, card, Rowmark Plastic and stencil materials.   We don’t cut PVC, Styrene (plasticard) or anything else that creates toxic fumes when cut, or metals, glass and stone (anything that won’t burn).

We can design and laser-cut individual components for your model buildings and layouts.  We are sorry, that due to changes in family circumstances, we can not currently offer a full design and model-making service.

If you are able to provide computer drawings we can laser-cut full buildings, landscaping details, bridges and coach sides etc.
