Crewe Works

Andrew Turners fabulous model of Crewe Works is of special interest to us as Paul is from Crewe and his late father spent his working life here. The laser-cut windows Andrew used were 0-106 and 0-108. His model is 00 gauge but required particularly large windows so these 0 scale frames were just perfect.

Lighting Gantry

Mostly we laser-cut for the smaller gauge railway layouts but occasionally we cut much larger pieces for Garden layouts and in this case a full size lighting gantry for Aubrey Turner.    The two designs were cut from 4mm MDF in seven sections to give a total length of six meters.

GER Canopy Brackets

We have supplied Brian Fitzsimons with many architectural details over the years. For his glazed canopy we supplied GER-pattern valance (00-VAL105) and bespoke canopy brackets to this ‘cobweb’ design. The photograph shows it set into a temporary jig prior to assembling at the rear of the station.
