Payment and Delivery Information

We deliver worldwide using Royal Mail.

We don’t require a minimum order size or value.

The maximum value per order is £200.00. Please place separate orders up to this value.

We are not VAT registered.

In order to reduce packaging, if you order multiples of the same item we may pack these in bulk. If you don’t want us to do this please advise us at the time of ordering.

Delivery charges

For UK deliveries there is a standard charge of £4.40 for orders of any size. This goes towards the cost of packing as well as postal charges.

For deliveries outside of the UK there is a standard charge of £11.00 for “small” orders and £16.00 for a tracked service for “large” orders. The cost of delivery will be calculated when you place products in the basket – before payment is requested. (Individual products over £40.00 in value or approximately 100g in weight are classed as “large”).

Payment method

All online payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal if you prefer to use your PayPal account.  At checkout you can choose between making a card payment or using your PayPal account. Please ensure all card details are accurately entered, including your post code. If you would prefer to pay by another method please contact us by telephone or email.

Dispatch

Most orders are sent out quickly, but as we are a small business, occasionally this may not be possible, in which case we will contact you.  We aim to dispatch all online orders within fourteen days but please contact us if your order is urgent – we will always endeavour to meet your requirements whenever possible.  The time required to produce bespoke orders will depend on our current workload – we can provide an estimate of timescale when quoting.

You may need to sign for the package, so you may wish to provide an alternative delivery address, such as your place of work.

International deliveries

International buyers please note: any import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.  We are not VAT registered so the prices listed are correct for orders to all destinations.

Damages and returns

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged we will need photographic evidence in order to make an insurance claim and reimburse you. Photos should be in focus and well lit, so that the damage can be clearly seen in the image. The photos need to show that the parcel was well wrapped, the external damage and the internal damage to the contents. Please keep all of the packaging.

If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item – no problem – just contact us.
